About the Program:
Holland, Inc., a recognized leader in the transportation industry is hiring individuals for our Driver Training Program at our Spartanburg Terminal located in Piedmont, SC. You will be trained to become a proficient and safe driving professional. We provide mentoring as you obtain a Certified Driver License (CDL) with all the necessary endorsements.
Applicants that meet Holland hiring criteria and are interested in pursuing a career to become a CDL truck driver but do not yet have a CDL, are eligible to enter the Holland-based Driver Training Program. Applicants must also be willing to obtain both Hazmat and Tanker endorsements with their CDL.
Successful completion of the driver training program will result in enrollment of the applicant into finishing school in lieu of the driving experience criteria.
Once you become a Holland employee you will:
Applicants should have one (1) to three (3) years previous forklift driver experience, a problem free Motor Vehicle record, and a true negative result on a pre-employment drug screen. Qualified applicants may also be required to take additional pre-employment testing/assessments.
