Holland is looking to fill a full time administrative position within the Maintenance department at the corporate office in Holland, Michigan. Responsibilities include:- Process invoices and analyze costs- Data entry and filing- Linehaul breakdown calls- Repair and location audits- FMS and Fleet updates- Database maintenance- Perfect Commerce ordering (oil and fluids)- Mail distribution- Other duties as assigned
Responsibilities of the Billing Administrator include:- Prepare billing for freight movement and invoicing by customers for shipping charges incurred in transportation of freight- Provide accurate and timely billing and follow-up- Accurately transfer information from the bill of lading to the freight bill- Exact names and addresses, correct zip codes, complete commodity descriptions and special information (COD amounts, purchase order numbers, etc) are required on the freight bill so the shipment can be delivered and the charges correctly assessed and collected
- Customer Service Calls- Administering Pick-Ups- Dispatch- Billing- Filing/Scanning Documents- Use of Copy/Fax machine- Other Administrative Duties as Assigned
